Reflecting on yesterday, I’d say it was the quietest Christmas I’ve ever celebrated. I did talk to Kelly, but missed my regular talk with my brother, Denny.

The Squad dinner was good and huge but I did feel that I was with mostly strangers. I headed home about 12:30. Sophie was waiting and she enjoyed the treats I’d prepared for her.

Kelly got me a cute top and a wheeled grocery cart which I really wanted. I assembled the cart and know I’m really going to love having an easy way to get my heavy items into the kitchen. Today I even used it to move my bag of garbage to the garbage can.

It’s nice out but predicted to turn cold within the next week.

Today I need to clean up the house before my cleaning lady gets here Monday. (Kitchen’s a MESS!!!)

I wasn’t feeling well for most of November and December so I’ve been way behind but Christnas is coming as it usually does.

I finally got my Christmas cards out, my decorations in place, and my shopping done.

For Christmas dinner, I’ll be at the Emergency Squad subbing in Team 1 (I’m in Team 4.) I won’t know many Squad members but some.
